This is an appeal from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware finding that Fairchild Semiconductor International, Inc. and Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation (collectively, “Fairchild”) willfully infringed several valid patents belonging to Power Integrations, Inc.
